It features Santa Claus with the word Votes on his Christmas sacks. A choir of children looks on and a little choir girl greets him, amidst festive lanterns, snow and icicles. It shows a prison cell in which a woman is being forcibly held down in a chair by a man and a woman, whilst another man pours liquid down a tube into the woman's nose.
